"Whirlwind Heating & Refrigeration is a fantastic business here on Salt Spring. They are punctual, responsive and they follow through - which are rare attributes on this island. Even though they just do heating and refrigeration, Hanna and Rich make you feel like you are a part of their family. About 4 months after they installed our heat pump, we noticed a small amount of water pooling at the base of the unit. I mentioned it to them and within a few hours Rich came out and fixed it up in no time. I love that if you work with them once, you're looked after by them forever. I couldn't recommend them enough and wish I had a second house just so I could use them again for another heat pump install."
